A lip smacking summer treat to beat the heat with summer fruits like ripe Mango and ripe Papaya.
Steps

Assemble ingredients. Special roasted masala consists of roasted spices - Coriander, Cumin, Fennel seeds, Bay leaf, black pepper and dry red chilli. All grinded into smooth powder and Special roasted masala is done.

In heated pan, add oil, allow to heat, then add Mustard seeds and allow to sizzle. Add chopped Mango + Papaya + green Chilli + salt + turmeric powder and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Add Water + Sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes, lastly add special roasted masala and cook for around 1 minute. Water evaporates and thickens.
