Ingredients

  1. 250 gliver, (cut into pieces and washed)
  2. 1 bunchmanagu, washed and chopped
  3. 3tomatoes, chopped
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. Dhania
  6. 1 TBSsalt
  7. Royco
  8. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Place the liver in a sufuria an add one cup of water then place over heat. Add salt and let it cook for 20 minutes or until tender. Make sure the water is diminished.

    Add onions and oil. Then stir for a few minutes. Add tomatoes and cover to simmer until the tomatoes are soft. Then stir again to mix then add dhania and royco then stir again. Let it cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat.

    Using another sufuria, add oil and onions then let it cook for a few minutes till golden brown and add the managu and stir. Let it steam for 20 minutes. And remove from heat.

    Serve with Ugali.
