Ingredients

  1. 1/4liver
  2. 2medium sized ripe tomatoes
  3. 1large onion
  4. 2 piecesgarlic
  5. 1 bunchdhania
  6. Cooking oil
  7. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the liver into medium sized pieces and clean.

    Fry onions till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add the liver to the fried onions stir to mix well.
    Add the ground garlic mix.
    Add salt.
    Mix well.
    Cover and let it cook with its own water.

    Once the water is drained, let the liver to fry for a few minutes while stirring to mix well.
    Add your tomatoes, I used my blended tomatoes.

    Cover and let simmer for 7mins to cook well.

    Till it forms a thick paste, it's ready.
    Garnish yours with dhania. I ran out of stock. 😁

    It can be served with any other meal of your choice.
    I prepared sautéed cabbage (will share a tip on how to Sautee) and ugali
    It was very mouth watering, everyone enjoyed 😋
