Grease tinde with mustard oil.Preheat Airfryer at 200 degrees for 10 min.Keep tinde in the basket of Airfryer and roast for 20 min Transfer them into a bowl and cover.Rest it for 5 min., then peel them and wash them in water.

In the mean time,heat oil in a karahi,add hing and cumin.Now add garlic and green chilli.Saute.Add onion and cook it for 7-8 min.Add all the spices except garam masala and cook for 2 min.Add.tomato and cook for 4-5 min.or till oil seperates.

Cut roasted tinde into small pieces.Add it into tomato mixture.Cook it for 3-4 min.

Sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves.Mix it well.Your delicious masala tinda is ready to serve.Enjoy it with paratha or rice.
