Presenting a wonderful summer preserve made with summer fruits like Papaya, Grapes and Mango.

Assemble ingredients, chop Dates

Add water in pan, then add sugar and let sugar fully dissolve. Add dates, Aam papad or Aam Satto or Mango Bar and cook in medium flame for 3-4 minutes

Now add raisins, Papaya cubes + bay leaf, fennel seeds and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt also.

Now add roasted masala, mix nicely and switch off flame. Let it cool and then add lemon juice and Grapes.
