Flaxseed chutney powder

Keep all things ready to make flaxseed chutney powder.

Keep a fry pan on medium heat,add flaxseeds, saute for two minutes. Remove and transfer to a plate.

Then add chana dal,urad dal red chillies and sesame seeds, fry till dal turns golden colour. Then transfer to a plate.

Then add garlic, curry leaves and salt,fry for two minutes. Remove from heat, transfer to a plate.

Let the fried things cool, transfer to a mixer jar,grind into a fine powder. Flaxseed chutney powder is ready now.

Transfer to a bowl.Very healthy and tasty flaxseeds chutney powder is ready to serve. Enjoy this powder and ghee with rice, idly and dosa.
