Wash and soak moong dal for 6-8 hours.remove water and in a mixer jar add ginger and chilli.make smooth paste.

Add besan and rice flour.mix well without lumps.

Add all veggi and masala.mix well.while preparing add baking soda and lemon juice.

In a pan heat oil add white til and few strands of beetroot. Spread batter.on a medium flame.for 4-5 minutes.

Flip on other side.again cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.and healthy veggie chilla is ready.serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
