Today I have made a healthy breakfast recipes with oats, veggies and egg. It's very easy and quick recipe.

First dry roast the oats then add milk and soak it for 5-6 minutes.

Now crack one egg in the soaked oats bowl then add grated carrots, chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilies and salt, mix it properly well. Cheela batter is ready.

Heat oil in a pan and pour the cheela batter, cover and cook on low heat some times. After the cheela cooked one side, flip it to the other side and cook evenly on both sides. Turn off the flame, oats cheela is ready.

Hot cheela ready to serve with chutney or pickle.
