2tomatoes
1onion
salt
cubesroyco
leavesdania
vegetable cooking oil

Steps

Chop the maini into pieces and wash. place in a clean pot and allow to boil
2

When all the water is drained add oil and fry for some time
3

Add the chopped onions and add the chopped tomatoes and salt to taste. cover and allow to steam for 5 min
4

Add dania leaves and royco cubes allow to cook for a minute Serve hot with ugali or rice
