Take ripe mangoes,peel out the skin, cut into pieces, keep it aside.

Add the Mango pieces into a mixer jar, grind into fine paste (puree)Keep nonstick pan on medium heat, add the Mango puree and sugar. Mix well till it becomes thick.

Once the puree and sugar cook well, small bubbles will appear. Make the flame low. Add little ghee. Give a continuous mix.

Then add dessicated coconut powder, mix nicely. After few minutes, it becomes thick. Add ghee, mix well.

Mango mix comes together, add cardamom powder, saffron,and ghee, mix again for two minutes,all burfi mixer come together,it leaves the edges,remove from heat

Pour into a burfi plate. Apply butter, before transferring the mix.Spread it uniformly. Let it cool for sometime. Cut it into small square pieces. Mango burfi is ready now. For decoration press pistachios in each burfi.

Transfer to a serving plate. Superb tasty mango burfi is ready to serve.Enjoy the tasty,soft mango burfi.
