  1. 200 gFish fillet
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Tomato
  4. PinchBlack pepper
  5. 2 pinchesSalt
  6. 50 mlWater

  1. 1

    Stir fry your onions first then add the tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are soggy.

  2. 2

    Add your chopped fish fillet into the pan.

  3. 3

    Season with salt and black pepper to taste then add water. Let it come to a boil.

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali or rice.
