KUTTU ATTA ALOO PURI with WHOLE WHEAT ATTA..

Take a mixing bowl, add both atta, salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, saunf powder, hing & oil, mix it well.

Now add mashed aloo, mix it well.

Add water slowly slowly, knead a med hard dough, rest it for 5 minutes. Add 1 tsp oil, knead it again till smooth, keep aside.

Take small portions of the dough, roll it, make a semi thick puri. Make all the puris in the same manner.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Moderate the flame, deep fry puris in batches till crispy brown.

Take out in a dish, plate it, serve it with any curry or mixed curd...
