Ragi Carrot Uttapam is nutritious ,healthy & delicious snacks/ breakfast made with the main ingredient Ragi dosa batter , carrot & other veggies.
Steps

In a bowl take ragi dosa batter.Then add half of the grated carrot, chopped onion,chopped green chilli, chopped tomato,salt, chopped coriander leaves & mix well.

Heat a skillet on medium flame, season it with ghee.

Then pour a ladle full of ragi dosa batter into the skillet, it should be like a thick pancake.

Sprinkle on it another half of the grated carrot,chopped onion,chopped tomatoes, green chilli.

Drizzle some ghee around the uttapam & then cover it with a lid.

After a few seconds flip the uttapam to cook on the other side, reduce the flame so that the veggies will be cooked properly.

Now transfer the healthy, delicious Ragi Uttapams on a serving plate & serve it with coconut chutney or with any dip.
