Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a pot, brown and crumble ground beef then add Mexican Seasoning Blend. I mix in one seasoning at a time, but you can add them all at once.
- 2
In a separate pot, prepare Knorr's Mexican Rice as instructed by the package. Once done, fluff with a fork and leave over low heat until ready to use.
- 3
In a separate pot, prepare refried beans as instructed by the can. Once done, leave over low heat until ready to use.
- 4
Once beef is fully browned and crumbled, pour in Knorr's Mexican Rice and mix. Once rice is fully incorporated, pour in refried beans and mix. Make sure all ingredients are fully incorporated; the mixture should be fairly thick.
- 5
While the other ingredients are cooking, heat taco shells as instructed by the box. This step is optional, but I prefer my shells on the crunchy side.
- 6
Allow shells to cool before stuffing with the meat mixture. You can now add cheese and other toppings of your choice if you'd like.
- 7
Enjoy your Mexican Rice Stuffed Tacos! 🌮

Healthy Taco Rice Healthy Taco Rice
Add some bamboo shoots for their crunchy texture, and drain off the fat that comes out of the meat to make this dish healthy. If you don't want to bother making the meat sauce, just use canned meat sauce and add some herbs, spices and a can of tomato and cook it down.As for the seasoning, as long as you taste as you adjust, it will turn out pretty well even if you don't measure properly - that's the good thing about taco rice. Green Mexican Rice Green Mexican Rice
I wanted to re-create the green colored rice served at Mexican restaurants. I made it with coriander and jalapeno pepper. I used a reduced-salt chicken stock, so if you are using regular chicken stock, taste it before you start cooking the rice with it and adjust the salt. This is a lightly flavored rice, so it goes well with curry too.Instead of cooking the rice in a pan, you can put it in a rice cooker at Step 3 and cook it in there instead. Long grain rice like Indica or Thai rice are suitable for this recipe, but if you don't have any you can just use regular (Japanese type) rice. If you don't like spicy food, the rice tastes great with bell pepper instead of jalapeno pepper. Serve with lemon on the side for a refreshing flavor. Recipe by yukoz1 cookpad.japan -

Mexican Rice - Arroz Mexicano Mexican Rice - Arroz Mexicano
This is one recipe that is in constant use in my household. It is often one of the first dishes to disappear at our get-togethers. It is a simple recipe and is easily modifiable. It is lightly flavored with tomato, but has plenty of other spices going on. I prefer basmati rice because of the texture and fragrance, but use whatever rice you happen to have on hand. It'll be a sure success! Izandro -
Healthy Veggie Taco Rice Healthy Veggie Taco Rice
Even vegetarians like eating taco rice!So I decided to re-arrange a taco rice recipe by Kentatrou (a famous chef in Japan) to make it suitable for vegetarians.Mountains of vegetables make this a really healthy dish. You can make this dish without the mixes they sell in shops! This recipe contains lots of fresh vegetables so I think it's better to have a strong flavoured "meat".If you like cilantro, feel free to add it in; it'll give the dish a nice kick.Finely chopped koya tofu and vegetables can also be used in keema curry and veggie meat sauce.Try adding a variety of vegetables until you find the combination that's right for you.
