Boil 1 cup quinoa in 2 cups water until soft. Let it cool. Prepare all the ingredients.

In a bowl, add quinoa, onion, tomato, cucumber, raw mango, green chili, coriander, and peanuts.Drizzle tamarind and green chutney. Mix gently.Add lemon juice, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.

Top with sev and a bit more coriander. Healthy and nutritious quinoa chaat is ready. Serve fresh!
