Boil water in a pan and put pasta in it.

Cook pasta till it becomes soft and then drain the water.

Wash and chop vegetables finely.

Heat ghee in a nonstick pan and put chopped vegetables in it.

Add salt and spices and cook vegetables for 5 minutes on medium low heat.

Now add boiled pasta in it and mix well.

Cook for a minute and then remove from pan. Add grated paneer and herbs in it.

Serve hot paneer pasta in jain style as breakfast or evening snacks.
