Cooking Instructions
- 1
Take all ingredients except warm water and mix very well to incorporate all seasonings very well. Take 1/2 c warm water, pour in mix again. If the meat is moist but sticks together very well then it’s good.
- 2
Before making the balls take a small piece of meat and cook to see if the flavors are where you like it. If not add what you feel is needed. Next start making the size balls you like. Brown them and then pour them into a pot and cover with water. Add 2 beef cubes and bring to a boil then turn to low and cook 45 mins.

Let reduce til just a few meatballs are showing above water. Turn off heat. Carefully take out the mballs. Take about a half cup of the juice and mix into a cup with 3 tbsp of cornstarch. Be very careful to mix very well so no lumps. Turn on heat to medium and slowly pour into the juice the cornstarch mixture and keep stirring until you see bubbles and turn to low.

If consistency is not your desired thickness mix the gravy juice again in a cup with cornstarch until your thickness is desired.(only if needed I like mine thicker)
- 5
Boil some noodles or rice and 🤩 WOW! These meatballs are soooo delicious 🤤 The smell while boiling the meatballs are so fragrant and mouth watering and very tender

Brad's goat meatballs Brad's goat meatballs
Shinae's big brunch shakshuka is the idea behind this recipe. I ground the meat myself. If you can find it ground, omit adding the bacon. This can be done with pork, beef, of lamb so don't let the goat scare you. This made a believer out of my skeptical roommate. wingmaster835 -

Spicy lamb meatballs with a tangy yoghurt sauce Spicy lamb meatballs with a tangy yoghurt sauce
Usually meatballs are a bit of a hassle to make - especially if they need a tomato sauce to go with them. This recipe was inspired by wanting something super tasty, freezable (so I can use for a future meal) and quick to make. Most online lamb meatball recipes (and I consulted a few 😉) use the traditional frying ball method, but lamb is already fatty enough. And, as I found out today, oven works fine 😊. Since this recipe requires quite a few ingredients (it is worth it - trust me!!) and I know how precious time is to us all, I recommend making more than you need, and either freezing the mixture itself, or the meatballs once cooked, for a future meal.
