Ingredients

  • 7leftover roti
  • Oil for deep fry
  • 1 Tbsprosted chana dal
  • 1 tbsppeanuts
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala

Steps

    Set some oil to heat. Meanwhile, finely chop the rotis. Remove the peanuts and roasted chana dal.

    Once the oil is hot, add the finely chopped rotis and fry them. Remove them to a plate. Next, fry the roasted chana dal and add it to the plate. Finally, fry the peanuts and add them to the plate. Mix everything well.

    Now, add salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala and mix everything well. Your delicious leftover roti chevdo is ready!
