Add salt to the millet flour and mix with water to knead a dough. Knead the dough until it's soft."

Now, flatten it into a round flatbread (rotlo) between your palms and place it on a hot non-stick griddle. Gently rub a wet hand over the top surface."

Once one side is cooked, flip it and cook the other side. After that, puff it up directly over the flame."

Now, cut off the puffed-up part of the flatbread (rotla) in a circular motion and set it aside. Then, spread garlic chutney on the inner part of the rotla and grate cheese over it. Place the reserved puffed-up top part of the rotla back on top of the main rotla. Cut it with a pizza cutter and transfer it to a serving dish. Serve hot and enjoy PEARL MILLET FLOUR GARLICI CHEESY ROTLA
