Steps

Keep a pan add oil and ghee

Add green chilli kaduku ulundu curry leaves

Add the vegetables saute for few minutes

Add sooji/ rava and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add salt
- 5
Add boiling water and mix well. Keep the flame to m edium
- 6
Add coriander leaves and once sooji is cooked and covered for 5 minutes

Serve hot with any type of chutney
