Chop all vegetables and blend the tomatoes. Keep all spices—whole and powdered—ready. - 2

▪︎ Roasting Paneer & Veggies:
In a pan, melt butter. Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt.
Mix and add paneer cubes. Stir gently to coat.
Add diced onion, bell pepper, and green chilies. Sauté until slightly charred.
Remove and set aside.

▪︎ Making the Gravy:
In the same pan, melt butter and add all whole spices. Sauté until aromatic.
Add chopped onions and sauté till golden.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook until raw smell disappears.
Lower flame, add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 30 seconds.
Add blended tomato puree. Cook covered till oil separates.

Add coriander and cumin powder. Mix well and cook again until oil appears.
Add water as needed for gravy consistency. Cook until well blended.
Add roasted paneer and veggies. Mix gently.
Add kitchen king masala and kasuri methi. Simmer for a minute.
Add fresh cream and stir. Let it simmer for a final minute.
