Kulcha Dough:Take a mixing bowl and take all the ingredients for Dough

Now mix them into the nice semi soft dough and rest for about 1-1.5 hrs minimum

For Potato Stuffing:2-3 medium sized potatoes boiled Mash them and now add all the spices and roughly crush in pestle and mortar,chopped coriander,turmeric powder and red chilli powder,salt now mix everything together and make the stuff ready

Now take the small portion of Dough and flatten the dough and stuff small ball of potato stuff and cover them,dust some flour and tapp with the hand and make the Round or Oval shape of kulcha for both types Plain and Stuffed

Same as shown below,apply some water and spread few chopped coriander leaves,green chillies and green spring onions overnight to the Kulcha

Now Heat the Tawa and Apply water on the back side of kulcha and place on Tawa and then sprinkle some water at the sides of tawa and cover the lid and let them cook for 2-3 minutes until they are cooked crispy from the back bottom

Now flip and turn the other side and cook for about 2-3 minutes.Here I have kept Two Tawa for each Plain and Stuffed kulcha

Both the types of kulcha are cooked nicely and crispy 👏🏻Apply Butter or ghee over the kulcha

Ready to serve the yummy Kulcha with Palak Dal or any of your favourite Curries ❤️
