I discovered a healthy, easy one-pot meal where you don’t have to worry about dumplings breaking and you still get plenty of veggies!

Bring 1 1/3 cups (about 315 ml) of water to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the miso soup base. Set aside.

Smash the garlic cloves, cut the green onion into small pieces, and finely slice the chili pepper. Add them to the miso broth, then stir in the salt and rice wine until well mixed. Set aside.

Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the zucchini. Spread them evenly in the pot (you can also add other favorite vegetables).

Place the dumplings on top, cover with a lid, and steam over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Serve.
