Pork Tenderloin with Honey Mustard Sauce

Season the pork tenderloin medallions with salt and pepper. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the medallions for 3 minutes on each side, then set them aside.

In the same skillet, add the white wine and stir. Add the heavy cream, mustard, and honey, and mix well. Season with a little salt and pepper. Cook the sauce for 4 minutes.

Place the pork medallions on a plate and pour the honey mustard sauce over them. Your delicious pork tenderloin with honey mustard sauce is ready to serve.

You can serve the pork medallions with the sauce on top, or add the medallions back into the sauce and cook for a couple more minutes.

If the sauce is too thick, add a little more white wine, heavy cream, or even milk until you reach the desired consistency. Be sure to mix well and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
