Zucchini is a squash family vegetable which was originated in Northern Italy. It can be dark green or yellow. In a simple way, we know it as the foreign cucumber 😄. Zucchini improves digestion, slows down aging, lowers blood sugar levels and boosts energy levels.
Today, I have prepared tikkis using these two healthy ingredients as the key ingredients. I have shallow fried them to make it more healthy. So let's check the recipe and enjoy this guilt free healthy snack.

In a mixing bowl take cooked quinoa,grated zucchini, potato, coriander, green chilli paste and mix well. Make sure that the coriander is dry and light press grated zucchini to discard excess water.

Further add salt, spices, oats, gram flour and bread crumbs. Mix it with light hand to form a dough like mass.

Prepare tikkis out of this mixture.

Heat little oil in frying pan and shallow fry these tikki from both sides on a low flame, till they turn crispy.

Relish these healthy and delicious tikkis with tea,coffee, ketchup, chutney and rain🌧️.
