Ingredients

  • 1 packetWai Wai noodles
  • 1/4 cupsliced onions
  • 1/4 cupjulienned bell peppers
  • 1/4 cupjulienned carrots
  • 1/4 cupjulienned cucumbers
  • 1/4 cupsliced cabbage
  • 1/4 cupsliced spring onions
  • 1/2 tsptoasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tbspchopped green coriander leaves
  • For the dressing
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 3 clovesgarlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbspsweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspbrown sugar
  • 1/2 tspsesame oil

    To begin, prepare the dressing. In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, garlic, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Mix well and keep aside.

    In a larger bowl, crush the Wai Wai noodles. Add carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, onions, spring onions, and cucumbers. Mix well.

    Add the dressing you prepared earlier with the chopped coriander leaves. Quickly toss.

    Garnish with roasted sesame seeds and coriander leaves. Serve immediately. The Nut-Free Crunchy Thai Bhel is ready to enjoy.
