Steps

Peel the cucumbers and cut them into very thin slices: if they are large cucumbers, remove the seeds before cutting with the appropriate tool

Add the tomatoes, green pepper and shallotto the cucumbers and place everything in a salad bowl.

Add the oil, chilli pepper, salt and walnuts, mix thoroughly and divide between individual soup plates or bowls.

Pour a pot of yoghurt over the mixture and serve.
