Crispy Baby Corn Finger

In a bowl add rice flour, cornflour, refined flour, salt, peri peri masala, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste and water. Mix well and make a thick batter.

In a plate take cornflakes and crush it. Then add kashmiri red chilli powder and mix it.

Heat oil for frying baby corn. When the oil becomes medium hot, dip the baby corn in the batter. Coat evenly with the batter. Place the batter coated baby corn evenly with cornflakes crumbs.

Now fry both sides for 2-3 minutes in medium flame. After frying the baby corn fingers ready to serve. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney or mayonnaise and enjoy.
