Set dosa is a big favorite in our home. It’s quick and easy to make. You can serve it for breakfast or pack it in your kids’ lunchbox.

First, rinse the flattened rice (poha) in water and soak for 5 minutes. Then, in a blender jar, add the semolina, soaked poha, yogurt, and salt. Blend well to make a smooth batter.

Add the fruit salt (Eno) and mix well. Heat a griddle or nonstick pan over medium heat. Pour about one ladleful of batter onto the pan. Cook on medium heat until the bottom is golden brown and the top is cooked through.

Your tasty, hot set dosa is ready. Serve on a plate with coconut cilantro chutney.
