I have choosen Tamilnadu region,and tried
to creat a thali____meals with traditionla taste.This thali consists of Rice,murunkaikkaySambar,( drumstick)kovakkai fry(ivy gourd)flower pakoda(cauliflower) tayir(curd),appalam ,valaippalam(banana) podi with Neyi( ghee).Sweet ( Kala jamun)

Wash and cut each kovakkai into four. Steam it.Take oil in a Kadai Add mustard seeds, chana dal,urad dal red chilli and curry leaves. Allow it to crackle,add kovakkai(ivy gourd),salt and turmeric powder and chopped chillies.cover the lid cook.till done.

Cook dal for 4 whistles in low flame,mash it properly,add tamarind paste,whole onion,slited green chillies,salt.Give a perfect boli for 15 min,adjust the consistency with water.add2 tbsp Sambar powder. Cook for another 10 mins.Tempered with __mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, whole red chillies and curry leaves.

Wash clean cauliflower in turmeric water, make small pods,boil those pods with curry leaves for 3 mints.

Take a mixing bowl add Little water,cornflour, haldi,namaste,red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder and red chilli powder make a thick batter,dip boiled cauliflower pieces and deep fry.
