For Potato Sabji -- Take a kadai. Add oil. When oil gets heated add mustard seeds. When they cracked add cumin seeds and curry leaves. After that add turmeric powder, asafoetida, green chilli, chopped coriander leaves and chopped boiled potatoes.

After that mix all the ingredients well. Then add sugar and salt. And mix for 2-3 minutes more. Potato Sabji is ready.

For Aamti -- Take a kadai. Add oil. When oil gets heated add mustard seeds. When they cracked add cumin seeds and curry leaves. After that add turmeric powder, asafoetida, red chili powder and add water. Now add Goda masala, Jaggery and kokum to it. And bring to boil.

Take cooked dal and smash it till smooth.

Now add smash cooked dal into kadai and mix it with water. Now add salt and water if required and mix all well and bring it to boil. Aamti is ready to serve.

Take a plate put Nimbu Slice,pickle and cucumber koshimbir on the left side of plate. Aamti and potato sabji on right side of plate. Take a small wati apply some water and add cooked rice in it and make a round shape rice. Pour aamti and ghee on it. On left side after koshimbir put roti and fried papad and kurdai on roti. And place wati of sevai kheer at upper side of rice. This is what is the exactly food places in Maharashtrian Thali.
