Ingredients

  • 250 gramsprouts
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 cupmix vegetable (chopped)
  • 2 tp garam masala
  • 1 tpred chilli powder
  • 1 tp turmeric
  • 1 tp garlic paste
  • 1 tp coriander powder
  • 1-2 tp salt as per your taste
  • 1 bowlsmall cube cheese or paneer
  • 5-6 tp Oil to shallow fry

    Vegetables and sprouts chopped well

    Add all masala ginger,garam masala, all dry masala, with besan and salt mix well

    Mix properly and use little oil on your palm and make round cutlet

    Put paneer or cheese cube between and make round cutlet than cello fry or use pancake pan to half fry
