Heat a pan with a tablespoon of oil.

Add the frozen paratha and cook till golden from both sides. Complete all the parathas in similar way.

Beat one egg at a time with salt and chilli powder..

Heat the pan with some oil and make pour the egg in the pan to make omelette.

When underside is set, place a paratha on top and carefully flip to cook.

Once the omelette is set, remove the paratha and assemble the roll by adding boiled eggs, onion, squeeze of lemon juice, cilantro and sprinkle of chaat masala.

Roll the paratha and secure with a pick.

Complete all rolls in similar way and serve.
