Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1packet Pasta
  • Salt
  • 1-2 Lwater
  • 50 gFlour
  • 70 gbutter
  • 1 Lmilk
  • 4 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1onion
  • 15dry shiitake mushroom
  • 1packet bacon
  • 1 tbspParsley
  • 1 tspthyme

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    First boil your pasta. 1L-2L water handful of salt let boil then add pasta. Boil pasta for 8-10 minutes. Then strain it and cool with running tap water to prevent over cook. Strain it and put it aside.

  2. 2

    Boil 500ml water. Pour the boil water with shitake mushroom let rest for 15 - 20 minutes then strain and remove maximum water out of the shiitake mushroom. Slice the mushroom or to your preferences the way you want to cut. Dice you onion. Chop parsley,cut you're bacon square set aside.

  3. 3

    Bechamel sauce to make in a pot put 1 tsp of oil on low flame 70 g butter melted 50 g flour 750ml milk cook on high flame until light thicken put some parsley and thyme add salt to taste set aside

  4. 4

    In another pot put onion 1 tsp of oil and olive oil 25 g butter then add dice onion,bacon&shiitake mushroom let cook so the flavour will combine add 2 tsp salt saute add you're bechamel sauce let cook for 5 minutes add you're pasta let cook for 5 -6 minutes if too thick add some milk to lighten the texture. Ready to add salt to taste before serving. All recipes can be modified to your preference Enjoy 😊
