Leftover keema Stuffed Kochuri Paratha

Take a kadai, heat oil then add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies. Fry for 3 minutes.

Then add leftover fried chicken keema and maggi masala, saute for 3-4 minutes. Then add smashed potato mix well and fry 2 minutes. Lastly add coriander leaves and lemon juice. Remove in a plate and keep aside.

Now in in a bowl add refined flour, wheat flour, salt and oil. Mix everything well then gradually add water and making a dough. Rest for 10 minutes. Make small balls and make a gap then stuff tbsp of the chicken keema.

Roll the kochuri paratha. Then heat oil, when the oil becomes medium hot fry the kochuri paratha. Serve it with curry or sauce.
