Serves 4 servings
  1. 1 sheetrefrigerated pie crust
  2. 1 cupricotta cheese (about 200 grams)
  3. 20red and yellow cherry tomatoes
  4. 1/2 cupgrated cheese (about 50 grams)
  5. 2eggs

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the eggs, ricotta cheese, and grated cheese together. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

  2. 2

    Preheat the oven. Roll out the pie crust. Spread the ricotta mixture over the crust and top with the cherry tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Bake for 40 minutes at 340°F (170°C). Serve the tart warm.
