Ingredients

20 - 25 min.
  • 500 gWhite Bread Flour
  • 1 (One) 7 g sachet Dried Yeast Powder
  • 3 tsp. White Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Table Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 400 ml lukewarm water
  • 3 handfuls of freshly picked Chives
  • 4 generous drizzles Olive Oil
  • 8 generous pinches Flakey Sea Salt

Steps

20 - 25 min.
  1. 1

    Place the 500g Bread Flour in one's Kenwood Food Mixer Machine - place in the Kenwood Attachment Mixing Bowl and then add the One sachet of Dried Yeast Powder to one side and then add the 3 teaspoons of White Sugar too that side as well and then add the 2 teaspoons of Salt too the other side and then add the 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil and then add the 400ml of lukewarm water

    Blend automatically for 4 minutes with the use of the Kenwood Dough Hook Attachment and the Kenwood guard on as well and then allow the raw Dough too rise in the Kenwood Mixing Bowl in front of a Electric Mains Fire for One hour

  3. 3

    Attach Kenwood Mixing Bowl too the Electric Mains Kenwood Food Mixer and then blend on full speed too knock the air out of the risen raw bread dough for 2 minutes and then add Baking Parchment Paper too a Baking Tray and then pour the raw bread dough onto it - spread it out evenly with a Dessert Spoon and Dinner Knife and then allow too rise in front of the Electric Fire for One hour

    Place the freshly picked Chives in a large amount of Cold tap water within a large metal Mixing Bowl and then use a very small pair of scissors too cut the Chives over the risen raw bread Dough and then use one's Hand Fingers too press the Chives into the raw bread and too deflate just before going into the oven. Add the drizzle's of Olive Oil over the top and then add the 8 pinches of Coarse Sea Salt

    Bake in the oven at Gas Mark 6 for 25 minutes. Allow the contents of the Baking Tray too cool down on a Cooling Rack and then eat it cold or reheat a part of it in the oven and then enjoy eating it in some way
