Add maida to wheat flour.

Add jeera, roasted jeera powder, salt,oil and beetroot pulp.

Knead a medium soft dough. Use little water if needed. Let it rest for 10 mins. Roll a big med. thick roti. Cut long strips as shown in pic.

Apply oil on the cut stripes, sprinkle some dry flour on it. Bring it together and form a ball.

Dust some dry flour and roll parathas gently. Do not give more pressure. Apply some ghee on both the sides and roast it till golden brown on both sides.

Our flacky beetroot Lachha Paratha is ready. Serve it with curds and mix veg.pickle or sabzi of your choice. Enjoy...😍
