I like very much Soya tikki because it is full of protein and vitamins all the person like very much Soya tikki because it is useful for weight loss

First take1 bowl soya bean and 1/2 cup chana dal wash it properly soak water for 4 hours. And transfer to a mixer jar and grind well

Take a mixing ball.add soybean mixture then add chopped onion and green chilli and coriander leaves and 1 tsp salt and ginger garlic paste add 1 tsp garam1 tsp pepper powder 1 tsp Garam masala and 1 grated cheese cube and knead like dough.

Making ball from Soya tikki mixture and heat oil on a low flame and deep fry until golden brown.

Then transfer all the tikki in a serving plate. High protein top testers soya tikki is ready. Serve in a dish decorate with green chilli and serve with red chutney and masala curd. Enjoy it. Enjoy!!!
