Take a wok add water and sugar in it and stir till it gets melt at slow flame.

Then add rice flour and maida in it and mix it properly till it leaves the wok.

Now take this dough out in one plate before it grease it with ghee.

Now keep it to cool little bit,now add sesame seeds and 2 tbsp ghee in it and mix it till it gets soft.

Now make small balls from it and put it in sesame seed and roll all over it.

Now fry it till it gets golden and serve it hot.
