Ingredients

2 cupsfrozen corn thawed and drained
1 (8 ounce)pkg cream cheese softened
1large tomato chopped
1/2 cupshredded Mexican style cheese
1 tablespoonpickled jalapeño peppers
1/4 teaspoonchili powder

Steps

Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spray 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray. Sprinkle chili powder on bottom of pie plate.

Mix remaining ingredients together until well blended. Spread in pie plate.

Bake 20 minutes until heated thru and top is golden brown.
