Ingredients

  • 1 tbspGaram masala
  • as needed(for roasting) Butter
  • as needed(for dough) Water
  • 200 gWheat flour (for dough)
  • 1 pieceLemon
  • 1 tbspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tbspCoriander-cumin powder
  • 2 tbspSalt
  • 3 tbspFresh coriander (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbspRed chili powder
  • 100 gBoiled corn kernels
  • 2 tbspChaat masala
  • 100 gGrated paneer
  • 200 gGrated cheese
  • 1 cupCabbage (finely chopped)
  • 1 pieceCarrot (finely grated)
  • 1 pieceCapsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 pieceOnion (finely chopped)
  • 3 pieces(medium) Boiled potatoes

Steps

1:30 minit
  1. 1

    Boil corn and potatoes, then mash together in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add onion, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, cheese, paneer, and all spices.

  3. 3

    Squeeze in lemon juice and mix well to make the filling.

  4. 4

    Prepare a soft dough with wheat flour and water.

  5. 5

    Take a dough ball, roll into a small circle, and add 1 tbsp filling.

  6. 6

    Seal and roll out again into a paratha.

  7. 7

    Heat a tawa, place the paratha, and roast on low heat with butter until golden brown.

  8. 8

    Serve hot.

Tips

Using butter for roasting enhances the flavor and makes the paratha crispy.
