Stuffed zucchini flowers

This appetizer is very easy and quick to prepare. I learned this recipe from an Italian neighbor when I happened to be in Italy. This old recipe, an elderly person, remembers from childhood.
Two types of incredibly tasty cheese and a mix of raisins and nuts ... You can eat it all right in a raw flower! It will be delicious! But today, we will bake this magnificence in the oven.

Steps
- 1
Cut the mozzarella into very small pieces. Add cream cheese.
- 2
Add the nut and raisin mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
- 3
Wash the zucchini flowers carefully. You don't need to remove the pistil and stamens. Fill the flower cups with cheese and fold the petals.
- 4
Place the stuffed flowers in a baking dish. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
- 5
Serve zucchini flowers as a stand-alone appetizer, or garnish a salad with them.
