Separate 4 egg whites and yolk into two different bowls

Add two tablespoons to egg whites and 1 tablespoons to the egg yolk.

Whip the egg whites till stiff peaks foam and whip the egg yolk till turns very light yellow color.

Add box chocolate cake mix to the egg yolk mixture with water and oil and fix till completely incorporated. (Going to be very sticky)

Fold the egg whites into the sticky cake batter till completely incorporated. Best to fold about a cup at a time.

Take a cookie sheet cover in parchment paper and evenly spread out the cake batter. Then put in a 350F oven for 10 minutes. Poke with a toothpick should come out clean. If not add 4 minutes check again.

While the cake bakes place 8oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Mix it till creamy. Then add cool whip topping and mix till completely incorporated.

Take 8oz of cool whip and place in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 2 minutes or untill hot. Keep a close eye to not burn the cool whip. Then add 12oz of chocolate chips. Wait for 5 minutes then mix till all the chocolate is melted. Set aside and let it cool.

Once cake it done and cool off. Place another parchment paper on top and flip the cake out of the cookie sheet. Peel off the parchment paper used to make the cake and discard.

Dump the cheese cake filling on the cake and spread evenly on the cake. Once covered take one end of the parchment paper and start rolling the cake. (Cake will crack that's fine just took the best you can)

Take the chocolate ganache if thick enough and spread over the rolled op cake. This will help hide the cracks too.
