This is a very easy, fast and visually appealing dish that will only takes 25 minutes to bake. Ideal for a quick lunch served with salad or roasted vegies. #CA2025

Make crosswise cuts evenly along both of the chicken breast make sure that you don't cut it all the way. (About 1 cm apart) then sprinkle with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.

Place a tsp of pesto inside of the cuts, then add a slice of tomato, and slice of mozzarella.

Drizzle olive oil all over the chicken, transfer to the previously oiled baking tray and bake in a pre heated oven of 18c for 25 minutes. Enjoy.
