Roast urad dal till color changes to golden. Allow it to cool down and grind into fine powder. Sieve through a fine net.

In a kadhai, add 2tbsp ghee and heat it. Add 1tsp gond each time for frying otherwise it will clot if added all at once. Fry all the gond and collect in a bowl.

Fry the raisins in ghee and collect. Melt sugar in a pan with 1 cup water and boil it till it becomes 1string consistency.

Roast atta with 2tbsp ghee till it becomes golden in color. Allow it to cool down. Mix fried gond, urad dal powder, raisins, coconut slices, carom seed with roasted atta. Add sugar syrup and stir quickly to mix thoroughly.

Quickly make round balls out of the mixture and keep it in a container. This laddoo can be served during puja and can be stored for long time.
