Ingredients

  • 3/4cup dragon fruit
  • 3/4cup cucumber
  • 4pieces brown bread
  • 2-3 tbspcrumbled paneer
  • 2 tbspgrated carrot
  • 3-4 tbspfinely chopped tomato
  • 1-2 tbspmint leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1-2 tbspcoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 tbsppesto sauce
  • 2 tbspchilli oregano hot sauce
  • 1-2 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1 tbspchilli flakes
  • 1/3tsp black pepper powder
  • 3 tbspbutter or as per requirement
  • salt to taste

    First of all, peel the dragon fruit and cucumber and cut them into pieces.

    Now with the help of a spoon, apply butter on 2 slices and spread chilli oregano hot sauce on 2 slices.

    Now spread pesto sauce over the butter slices and then place thin slices of cucumber.

    Now place slices of dragon fruit on the slices containing chilli oregano hot sauce.

    Now sprinkle finely chopped mint and coriander leaves, crumbled cheese, grated carrots, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, and salt on all the open sandwiches.
