Take all the ingredients for Rose Kaju Katli.

Now take a mixture grinder jar and cashew nuts to it and make a fine powder of it, and sieve the cashew powder so no granules,

Now take a pan and add sugar and water and make chasni from it, Now add cashew powder to it and mix it well,

Now cook it for 5 mins and mix it constantly,

Now add ghee and mix well so slowly it will leaves the sides, Now add rose syrup to it and mix well,

Now take it from the pan and put the dough on butter paper and cover the butter paper and roll it with a rolling pin,

Now put the edible silver foil paper on it and cut them into triangles, Now our Rose Kaju katli is ready to serve, take it to the serving plate and serve.
