Soak the Sago pearls or Sabudana and drain them if excess water
- 2
Take a wide Mixing Bowl Now Mash the boiled potatoes,add soaked Sago later chopped green chillies,ginger paste,coriander leaves and lemon juice mix together and form a thick mixture

Now take a Grilled Machine Or Toaster and Spread the Mixture evenly in the Toaster,apply a tsp of Ghee if you wish or no need at all and close them and cook them for about 5-7 minutes

In between if required flip them to make them crispy and grill for another 3-5 minutes and here they turned out exactly how you are looking for Golden and yummy crispy

Do enjoy them with Green Chutney or Ketchup or any of your favourite Dips or Beverages ❣️
