Steps
- 1
First of all, take the milk in a pan and heat it, then take a pan on the second gas and heat it alone without adding water. When all the sugar is burnt and turns brown, turn off the gas.
- 2
Then add this melted sugar to the milk. Once it is ready, keep stirring the milk. Then add a teaspoon of alum. Then heat it until all the water is absorbed. Once it thickens nicely, turn off the gas.
- 3
Now add cashews and other dry fruits to it and serve it when it cools down. This is a dish that everyone, young and old, will love.
